A downloading program is strongly recommended. Downloading programs are FREE and EASY to install. We've even researched them for you and found a very good free program program that is easy to use and easy to install. If you are downloading files from the internet, you should be doing so with a downloading program /manager. 99.9% of the download situations people contact the University about would not exist if a download program / manager was being used.
Download Descriptions
Previous Broadcasts are usually between 40 – 60 minutes in length, and range from about 88 - 180 Mb in file size. Each includes both a short Health, and a short Higher Consciousness Meditation.
Video Downloads are High Quality Windows Media Video ( WMV ) files, ranging in size from about 80 MB to 180 Mb. A downloading program is recommended.
Audio Downloads, are High Quality MP3 files, ranging in size from about 12 MB to 17 Mb. A downloading program is recommended.
Higher Consciousness Meditations are High Quality MP3 files, and are between 25 - 35 minutes in length and range from 5 -7 Mb in file size. Most, but not all, have background music composed specifically for the meditation. There are no video versions of the Higher Consciousness Meditations available. A downloading program is recommended.
We have chosen the most universally playable formats available for the files - But please be sure that the file formats are playable on your computer before purchasing. A downloading program is recommended. Thank you.

Within seconds after you complete a download purchase, you will receive an email. Towards the bottom of that email is a link to your download page. That page looks something like this:

Downloading Your Order
After you make your purchase, you will be sent an email. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be taken to a download page:
1. Right click on the download link:
2. Choose "Save Target As" or "Save Link As" from the menu that pops up on your computer:
3. Choose a location on your computer to save the file to and click "Save":
NOTE: Mac Users
Simply click the link to save the file to your computer. If you have problems, try Option + Click and the "Save to Disk" command to save the file to your computer.

A DOWNLOADING PROGRAM IS RECOMMENDED!Please be advised that a reliable Download Program is very highly recommended for proper downloading of these files. After extensive testing, we have found that the Open Source "Free Download Manager" (http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/) program is not only free - but it is more reliable than many "paid for" programs.
Although the above recommended program is not necessary, a good download manager program is needed - as many ISPs (Internet Service Providers) will intentionally break a connection during a large file transfer... or download.
The video files we offer for download are large files indeed - often close to 200 Mb. And since many ISPs dislike having large files being transferred over their system, they will intentionally break connections in the middle of a download from our system.
A good download manager program will have "Resume Support" - which will pick up the file transfer (download) exactly where it left off before the connection was broke - and thus allow a complete and un-errored download. Without a good download manager program, you may not be able to download a complete file.FREE DOWNLOAD MANAGER NOTES: Simple instructions - When you right click on a link (to download), the option "Download Selected With Free Download Manager" becomes one of the Windows standard available options in the pop up box.
